Hi, I am Ryanna and I am Registered Social Worker. I have completed a Master of Social Work, a Bachelor of Social Work, and an undergraduate degree in Social Development Studies, all from the University of Waterloo. I also possess a college certificate in Human Service Foundations from Conestoga College. I see children, teens and adults (anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, neurodiversity)

Our lives are not entirely defined by what has happened to us but rather by the meaning we decide to extract from it. “Trauma is a fact of life. It does not, however, have to be a life sentence” - P.A.Levine.

My vocation and commitment to supporting individuals to overcome trauma, adversity and problems in living are rooted in a profound understanding of intersectionality. It is my professional and personal lived experiences, in collaboration with my identity as a neurodivergent, first-generation Canadian, that fuel what drives my pursuit of collective healing. Before beginning clinical practice, I spent several years working in crisis intervention and prevention, addictions and recovery, accessibility, the shelter system, behavioural therapy, and child welfare and protection. I focus on empowering authenticity and promoting self-actualization; my therapeutic approach to healing is founded in a trauma-informed biopsychosocial lens. Interventions and resources are developed and carefully selected based on each individual’s history and needs. Currently providing support to all age groups, some evidence-based modalities that inform my practice are Somatics, IFS, DBT, ACT, CBT, EFT, Play Therapy Strengths, Mindfulness and Attachment.

Hi, I’m Rebecca and I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work, Bachelor of Social Work, and Social Service Worker diploma. I developed a deep compassion for helping others from a young age. My naturally playful and compassionate attitude led me to my journey working with children and teens. It was here that I realized how important it is to not only cope with life’s challenges, but to understand why they’re there and heal the root of it.

I have 5 years of experience working in lead Children’s Mental Health Agencies in Ontario, 2+ years of experience working with children, teens and families in private practice and experience working with indigenous organizations. These experiences have been vital in my own growth as a therapist and have led me to be patient with the process, provide unconditional acceptance and understanding, and meet clients where they are. Some of my main go to interventions are EMDR, Play therapy, DDP, CBT, DBT and Part’s work.

Outside of my therapist role, my favourite thing to do is basking in the beauty of nature! I also dabble in slaying dragons in D&D, painting, (winning) board games, streaming shows and spending time with loved ones.

Hi, I am Michelle and I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I have completed a Master Of Arts in Counselling Psychology, a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education and Bachelor of Arts; Contemporary Studies and Religion and Culture.

Throughout life, I have worked through many challenges that allow me to relate to my clients on an experiential level. I am a wife, mother and hobby farmer and I am passionate about helping others and grateful that my clients allow me to lead them through the process of self-discovery.

I use a client centered, solution focused approach to help my clients identify their barriers, build tools that help manage their most challenging symptoms of anxiety, panic, depression and trauma and help them build a life they love. I work with a wide range clients from 12 to 90 struggling with trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, grief, parenting and relationship challenges and those looking for a safe, empathetic space to process many life challenges.

Using modalities such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Attachment and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) I focus on helping the client get to know the real authentic version of themselves. Working with clients we focus on things like identifying and setting healthy boundaries, identifying root causes of anger and developing tools to help process, learning and practicing self-compassion, identifying toxic relationships, promoting and strengthening healthy relationships, working through major life changes and transitions, identifying problematic patterns and strengthening ‘sense of self’. One of the most common questions that I ask clients is “who is the real you’? and most clients answer “I don’t know”. My goal is to support you in figuring out the answer to that question
